They’ve risen above and managed formal peers. Underwent merger and acquisitions. They’ve worked and lived in China, Singapore, and Malaysia and led employees of different cultures from Asia, Europe, and the Americas. They’ve worked in Fortune 500 MNCs, state-owned companies, and family-owned companies.

Elevated the company to be the only Singapore entity among the Top 10, alongside giants such as Google, Facebook, and Starbucks.

    McKinsey Consulting Partnership (18-months). Led the People and Talent Workstream for the “Singapore National Scale-up Program”, aimed at nurturing promising local companies.

    Merger & Acquisition. 10 years as Head of HR, OCBC Bank China, and played an integral role in the M&A between OCBC Bank and Wing Hang Bank China.
