And they understand the nuances in transition. They themselves have switched careers between the Government sector, High Tech, Manufacturing, Banking, and Construction industries. They’ve risen above and managed formal peers. Underwent merger and acquisitions. They’ve worked and lived in China, Singapore, and Malaysia and led employees of different cultures from Asia, Europe, and the Americas. They’ve worked in Fortune 500 MNCs, state-owned companies, and family-owned companies.
